To support this vision, DYPDPU’s School of Hospitality and Tourism offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, including world-class labs, smart classrooms, a dedicated café, a well-equipped library, sports facilities, and advanced computer labs. Our experienced faculty members are committed to providing practical learning experiences and fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, our strong partnerships with prestigious hospitality groups such as Marriott, Oberoi, Accor, Taj, and Radisson and Michelin Stars Restaurants globally offer students valuable exposure and international placement opportunities.
In our quest to continuously enhance education quality and relevance, we have recently launched several innovative hospitality learning initiatives designed to immerse students in experiential education and deepen their industry engagement. These initiatives include the Hospitality Discovery Experience: A City Is a Classroom, where students explore hospitality in real-world urban environments; Hospitality Voices 1.0: Unlocking Learners to Leadership, which empowers students to develop leadership skills through interaction with industry experts; Leader’s Talk: Hospitality Visionary Address, featuring visionary insights from renowned hospitality leaders; and Hotel Is the Classroom, a unique program that transforms operational hotels into live learning environments. We also organize regular Industry Visits and Field Visits to foster strong industry-academia collaboration, and conduct Town Hall sessions to encourage open dialogue, reflection, and student participation.
These initiatives reflect our belief that hospitality education extends beyond traditional classrooms and textbooks. We are dedicated to providing our students with hands-on learning and real-world experiences that prepare them to become both skilled professionals and innovative entrepreneurs. Our curriculum balances theoretical knowledge with practical training, including two industry internships that offer invaluable on-the-job experience.
